Ok, I LOVE chicken tenders, Chicken Fried Chicken and all of that yummy, unhealthy stuff. I have researched Grapeseed Oil, and the Wildtree Oils are actually NOT bad for you. IF you want to indulge in fried, this is the best way to do it.
My experimentation idea was as follows:
1 cup Flour
1 package of fresh chicken chicken breasts - cut in strips
1/4 cup Garlic Grapeseed Oil
1/4 cup Natural Grapeseed Oil
1 cap full of Wildtree Rancher's Reserve Seasoning
2 cap fulls of Wildtree Buffalo Wing Seasoning
Mix Flour and spices in bowl.
Start skillet with oils heating.
Cover chicken pieces with flour mixter (shake off extras). Place chicken in oil (once heated). Cook until done (mine took less than 3 minutes on each side).
This was soooooo tasty, NOT oily. You didn't need a dipping sauce. The family all enjoyed (the kids dipped theirs in Ranch).
