Ham Alfredo

After Easter, we had a BUNCH of honey ham left. I decided to make a noodle dish.
Here are the ingredients:

1-2T Garlic Grapeseed Oil
1/2 Large Onion Diced
5 T Fresh tomato Diced
2 C Ham Diced
1/4 C Wildtree Alfredo Seasoning
1/2 C Milk
3 T Butter (melted)
1/4 C Wildtree Kids Cheese
1 Box Thin Noodles - cooked al dente

This was real easy, most of the time was spent boiling the water and chopping the ingredients.
I cooked the Onion in the Garlic Grapeseed Oil. Added the Tomato, cooked a bit longer, stirred in the ham to heat.
Mix separate, the Alfredo, Milk, Melted Butter and Kids Cheese mix. Add to the Onion, Tomato and Ham. Stir in drained noodles. Let sit about 5-minutes.

Kid 1 (age 5) LOVED. Ate 2 helpings.
